The Mid term review meeting was held August 30, 2012 in Leuven, it was followed by thematic meetings of project groups on August 31.

Venue

Meeting package: 169.5€ includes coffee breaks morning and afternoon, lunch on Thursday, Aug 30 and Friday, Aug 31 and a 3-course dinner on Thursday evening.
Accommodation
Rooms have been prereserved at the au BEGIJNHOF CONGRES HOTEL, Tervuursevest 70, 3000 Leuven, Belgium (website).

Students are encouraged to share rooms in order to cut costs.
One night accommodation: single room is 125€ including breakfast, double room is 150€.
